Here’s a list of my favorite blogs for 2007. I refuse to rank them or offer a top 10 list.
Grrrl meets world-Becky is smart, funny, and has a pretty good mix of posts. I get a lot of interesting stuff from her.
On the Homefront-Really want to support the troups? Take a look at this very helpful blog.
Mainstream Baptist- Bruce has some incredible stuff about Baptists, but more importantly about politics. I can’t seem to comment on his blog. It’s very hard because he has to screen all the right-wing crazies, but he’s very timely.
Jordon Cooper-Greatest information about cool stuff. Religion. Sports. Great links!
SBC Outpost-Nice info from a group of Baptists. The comments sections are often hilarious!
Dangerblond-This New Orleans chick is funny and a great source of information about what’s going on in New Orleans.
Ashley Morris-Often says things the way I’d like to say them. He’s as abrasive as he is funny. Very entertaining stuff. He’s also a great guy who helped me out a lot with some advice about lowering my property tax even though we’ve met only once.
Adrastos-Also a funny New Orleanian with a lot of info about New Orleans. He’ll usually link to all the good stuff about a certain issue. Plus—he sent me a Christmas CD.
Joe Kennedy is an NOBTS student that is a really nice guy. He also takes great pictures.
Michael Homan- chronicles his life. A really good friend of mine and all around good guy.
B-a big variety of stories and experiences here. He’s got a huge following. Love to keep up with his and Xy’s life.
Oyster’s kind of a legend. Really great New Orleans stuff.
Doggy Style-Very funny and unusual stuff.
Cool Tools-always has some really cool stuff.
I left out many of the New Orleans bloggers. They do a great job.
Thanks to the above for informing me, making me laugh, and challenging me.
